Students for Concealed Carry on Campus win big in Colorado!
The administration at Colorado State University has relented and dropped their ban against legal concealed carry by citizens and students on the campus.
In return, SCCC has agreed to drop their lawsuit.
The people at CSU saw the writing on the wall, knew that they were going to lose and caved.
Someone needs to clue the University of Kentucky in to this and save them some money, because they're going to lose the lawsuit brought by Michael Mitchell, too!
See the story on the CSU case here.

Radical common sense for Chicago
While Chicago has banned guns, the crime and murder rates there have gone UP while those in other major cities have gone DOWN. Chicago goes it alone in banning firearms in the city, and their citizens pay the price. Stop it! Empower the citizens!

Did armed Ohioan near Obama's plane really break law
This young man may have been guilty of being foolish or silly, but he didn't violate North Carolina's open carry law with what he did.
He could have been detained and questioned but was it necessary to jail him?
On the face of it, no.
The comment by John Pierce of OpenCarry.org is disappointing. You would think that he of all people would know better. A right is a right.
Emory Police Chief tells committee that armed students are a danger during a mass shooting
This moron of a police chief would rather that adult students not be armed, to be helpless victims if there's a killer on the campus! Wonder how he'd feel if his daughter or son were one of those whom he wanted to see disarmed and dead?
