Link to McDonald v. Chicago opinions.

HERE.

Second Amendment still part of the Constitution...

Supreme Court reverses and remands McDonald v. Chicago. In 5-4 decision says the 14th Amendment does incorporate the Second Amendment right recognized in Heller to keep and bear arms in self-defense. Accordingly, the Second Amendment applies to state and local government. We'll post a link to the decision later today.

Tennessee House rebukes governor and expands CCDW rights

Tennessee has long had some of the most contradictory laws relating to concealed carry.
Now the House of Representatives there has over-ridden the governor's veto of a bill that will allow CCDW permit holders to carry in restaurants where alcohol is served.
This is a welcome change and reflects the reality that armed citizens make good choices in their lifestyle and their behavior.
You can read about it here.
